I Will Not Bow

I was watching Surrogates this morning and this song by Breaking Benjamin started playing when the end credits came on. I was only half paying attention and then my brain started really hearing the lyrics. They really struck a chord with me.  Thank goodness for DVRs! I paused and then rewound slowly until I found the music credits so I could see what the name of the song was and who was performing it. Once I had that information I googled it and found the lyrics so I could read them and make sure I had understood what was being said. I wanted to share them here because, for one, I really like Breaking Benjamin :)  and for two, this song really speaks to me. So here they are:
